We believe, that the most loving thing we can do for others is love God more than we love them. For if we love God most, we will love others best. He first loved us, we all know that. The reason we will be loving the others best when we love God most is that love in its purest form only comes from God Almighty. 

For God to love others more than himself would be inappropriate. Like God does to us, we must love him supremely in order to love everything else best.
