WHAT WE BELIEVE

At GraceLife Fellowship, we are a Bible-centered, non-charismatic church committed to the truth of God’s Word and the gospel of Jesus Christ.

We believe the Bible is the inspired and authoritative Word of God, guiding everything we believe and how we live.

We believe in one God, eternally existing as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, equal in glory, power, and majesty.

We believe Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, became fully man, lived a sinless life, died for our sins, and rose bodily from the grave. He is the only Savior and the only way to be reconciled to God.

We believe salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone, and all who truly trust in Him are forgiven, made new, and kept secure forever.

We believe the Holy Spirit gives new life, dwells in believers, and empowers them to grow in holiness and serve Christ through the church.

We believe all people are created in the image of God as male and female, with equal dignity and worth, and are called to live according to God’s good design for life, marriage, and family.



We believe the Church is the Body of Christ, called to worship God, grow in His Word, love one another, and make disciples of all nations.

We believe Jesus Christ will return, and that all people will be raised—believers to eternal life with Him, and unbelievers to eternal judgment.

MEET OUR PASTOR

Kent and Debbie

The Mathiases have been married for 40 years and have four married children and 12 grandchildren. Kent is originally from Colorado Springs, Colorado. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Education from John Brown University and an MACE from Dallas Theological Seminary. Debbie is from Grand Rapids, Michigan and has a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from John Brown University. She has been an educator for 44 years in public and private schools, as a homeschool mom, and as a private tutor.

Kent and Debbie have served in 4 churches over the past 36 years. They are passionate about teaching God’s Word, discipleship, and marriage ministry. They have been heavily involved in marriage enrichment, counseling and premarital preparation.   

The Mathiases are excited about the ministry at GraceLife Fellowship and serving in the community.

GraceLife is a non-denominational, non-charismatic church seeking to ENGAGE our community in the Word of God and the gospel of grace; to EQUIP followers of Christ to live according to the Word of God and through the power of Christ in us; and to EMPOWER these believers to reach their spheres of influence for the kingdom.
